Política de reembolso
All sales are final and we do not accept any returns.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 1 month. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Exchanges
We do not accept any swaps or exchanges, except for any items that were received damaged/confirmed faulty.
Refunds/Credit Memo
We do not issue any refunds. If an item is determined to be faulty, we will send a replacement or issue a credit memo to be applied to a future VA Order.
